Constructionline has tiers, and the difference matters. Standard (Silver) registration confirms the basics - company details, insurance, and core financial and identity checks. Gold membership goes further: it adds a fully verified SSIP health and safety assessment and rolls in checks on environmental management, quality assurance, and equal opportunity and diversity policies, all assessed against the Common Assessment Standard, the industry-agreed pre-qualification question set developed by Build UK with Constructionline.

What replaced PAS 91, and why it matters to your procurement team
