Frequently asked questions

Do I keep the lights?
No, they're ours, which keeps the price down. We take them away in January and can put the same design back next year.
Will it damage my gutters or brickwork?
No. We use clips made for gutters and brick. No nails, no drilling, no glue.
What if a light stops working?
WhatsApp us and we'll come out free until 6 January.
Do I need an outdoor socket?
It helps, but no. We can run a weatherproof cable safely to an indoor socket.
Are the lights safe in the rain?
Yes. They're commercial-grade, outdoor-rated, low-voltage LED on a timer.
When do you install?
14 November to 13 December. Weekends fill first.
How do I pay?
£100 deposit to reserve your date, the rest on the day once you've seen them on.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Greater London and the towns just outside it.
Can I have coloured lights?
Warm white is our standard because it looks best on London brick. Cool white or multicolour on request.
