Who we are

The teams on the ground are in the UK. The back office is in Tangier, at 140 Rue de Fès, and it is growing.
The job
You call property managers in the UK and pitch them to use our services to maintain their properties.
We specialise in mould. Since Awaab's Law came in, property managers need people like us to work with them. It's just the way you present it to them.
How a day works

You come to the office.
140 Rue de Fès, Tangier. Full-time, UK office hours.

You get inside the CRM.
Every lead, call and email lives there.

You check the emails.
Is there anyone to follow up with? They come first.

You jump on calls.
You have the numbers of property managers. You call them, tell them about the service, what it is and what we do.

They're interested? You hand over.
One of our managers takes the handover.

You stay in it.
The managers finish the setup, but it's a feeling. Many property managers decide to work with us because they like dealing with you, so you can be involved from the beginning.

They get onboarded.
One of our operations managers helps you get them onboarded.

They start ordering.
They get in and submit their first orders.

You get paid.
Once we have invoiced them £2,500 of jobs, you get $500.
The money
The base is 5,000 dirhams a month. Honestly, that is minimal. The money is in the commission, and the commission is high: $500 for every property manager you bring in, paid once we have invoiced them £2,500 of jobs.
Realistically, £2,500 is not a lot. It can be a single job, and then they keep going with more and more. There is no cap. Bring in 3 property managers and that is $1,500 on top of your salary. Bring in 10 and it is $5,000. If you know how to work and how to sell, the sky is your limit.
From anywhere in Morocco. Your first 7 days are on us.
We don't care where in the country you are from. If you cannot arrange accommodation yourself and we believe you are a talent we want to give a go, you stay with us for 7 days, your trial week, in a private room in a company-owned flat near the office. By then, if you are good, you start looking for your own place in Tangier.
Who we are looking for
- A sales background.
- Comfortable on the phone. Not afraid of it.
- Good English, written and spoken.
- Very confident.
