4. Mould Treatment Services and Guarantee
Mould treatments carried out by Simpled Services are backed by a 12-month guarantee covering the recurrence of mould in the treated areas.
The guarantee is subject to the property being adequately ventilated in line with the post-treatment recommendations provided to the client on completion of the works. Where the recommended ventilation and moisture-control measures are not maintained, mould recurrence caused by condensation or the underlying condition of the property falls outside the scope of the guarantee. Full details of the applicable recommendations are provided with each treatment.
5. Payment Terms
All payments for our services must be made through approved payment methods, including Stripe and bank transfers. Payment is required upon invoicing unless otherwise agreed. Late or failed payments may result in additional charges or service delays.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate service location details and ensuring site access for our operatives. Clients must comply with safety instructions provided by Simpled Services to facilitate safe and effective service delivery.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
